Royal castles and palaces have always been associated with luxury. Castles of the Loire valley, Versailles Palace, Neuschwanstein castle, Schloss Esterhazy and many others have long ago become synonymous with the wealth and power of rulers. Palace parquet flooring, tapestries, art collections, chic furniture and delightful interior items will leave no one indifferent. Here not only were official receptions, balls and feasts held. Within these walls were court intrigues and the fate of entire kingdoms was decided. However, monarchs, like any other people, needed rest. Royal bedchambers are a place not only for relaxation, but also for receiving visitors, so here the monarch paid special attention to the atmosphere, appearance and comfort.
